Owner Bio

Robert L. Glenn, Sr.

Robert L. Glenn, Sr. is the founder and President of ARG TECH SVCS LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business delivering IT systems design, network and facilities management, cybersecurity, and IT consulting and training services to federal agencies and commercial clients. With more than 25 years of hands-on cybersecurity and network engineering experience, Robert has supported the Department of State, Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and Department of Labor including personally building the Department of State’s Insider Threat Detection and Enterprise Audit Data programs from the ground up under Executive Orders 13587 and 13457. Prior to founding ARG TECH SVCS LLC, Robert founded and led J.I.L. IT Consulting and Services LLC for eight years, delivering Certification & Accreditation, network engineering, and cybersecurity services to Department of State bureaus as a small government contractor. He holds a B.S. in Computer Networking from Strayer University and maintains a Top Secret/SCI clearance. Robert brings this depth of federal cybersecurity experience and firsthand experience owning and operating a small government contracting business to ARG TECH SVCS LLC’s technical strategy, compliance posture, and continued growth.
